An early 20th century Navajo rug woven entirely in natural hand spun wool in ivory and dark brown. The design features a modified storm pattern motif, with an abstract cross at center, extending and opening up to a rectangle containing a star motif in each corner. The field is further decorated with various geometric designs and is bordered along the outer edge by a broad band of dark brown with elongated chevron and diamond motifs in ivory on the interior
