Lonnie Vigil (b. 1949) is a self taught potter from Nambe Pueblo. Educated at Eastern New Mexico University, he worked in finance until the 1980’s, when attending a performance of “Night of the First Americans” caused him to reevaluate his life. He moved back to New Mexico and dedicated himself to creating pottery.
