This is a late 19th century Navajo ingot silver headstall composed of twelve individual pieces including a double, hand cast naja pendant, flared cheek pieces, and large hammered round conchos with repoussé eight-pointed star motifs. The brow band features large leaf form repoussé and intricate stamp decoration. The Mexican ring bit is hand forged and includes a characteristic chin piece.
