Roger Skeet
Famed Navajo silversmith Roger Skeet Sr. made literally thousands of pieces for C.G. Wallace's trading post during his career. He is known for his excellent stamp work and innovative silversmithing.
Roger Skeet Jr. ( b. 1932) succeeded his father as an excellent silversmith. He learned and worked with his father until his death in 1959. His work is hallmarked "R.S." while his father's work remains plain. Otherwise, their styles are extremely similar and nearly indistinguishable. Their concho belts remain as an example of their excellent work.
