This is a pair of modern silver clip on earrings by renowned Hopi jewelry Charles Loloma. The earrings have an overall shield form and feature inlay of primarily fossilized ivory, in varying shades, with a small rectangular accent of sugilite, all separated by gold line. The artist's hallmark is clearly visible on the reverse.
