This is a contemporary beaded sculpture titled "From Your Adoring Fan II" by Arapaho/Seneca artist Ken Williams Jr. made from vintage & new cut glass beads, 24k gold electroplated beads, 18k gold (white) beads, natural Ithaca Peak turquoise heishi, coral, lapis, metal beads, and bronze beads and features a two sided design. One side depicts famed Hopi artist Charles Loloma examining bracelets he made, wearing a purple patterned shirt with a turquoise heishi necklace and real human hair. The image was modeled after a photograph of Loloma in American Indian Art Magazine - Autumn 1975, page 55. The other side features a badger and two badger paws on a background of bands in alternating bright colors. The sculpture sits atop a cylindrical cottonwood base by way of a thin sterling silver pole.
