This is a contemporary silver ring with coral and black jade by Navajo silversmith Mckee Platero. The ring is comprised of a split silver shank and a rectangular shaped silver plaque decorated with a diamond shaped cabochon of black jade set in a scalloped silver bezel at center and a small round shaped coral cabochon set in a flat silver bezel at each corner. The artist's signature and the date are clearly visible on the reverse.
