A late 19th century Navajo single saddle blanket woven in hand spun indigo blue, aniline dyed red and plied green, yellow, red, turquoise, mint and peach yarns. The design features three horizontal rows of diamonds comprised of small bands in alternating colors across center, top and bottom on a background of horizontal bands in various widths and hues of red.
