This is a mid 20th century Cochiti pottery storyteller set with a total of twelve pieces all by Helen Cordero. The largest figure is grandfather with a traditional chongo hairstyle and black shirt. The set also includes eleven individual chldren in various poses and with various expressions. The set was purchased from Helen Directly and the largest figure is clearly signed on the base.
