This is a traditionally made and fired pottery storyteller figure by Cochiti artist Helen Cordero. The kneeling or seated figure is circled by children each with a unique expression. The work is clearly signed on the base and is in excellent condition. It comes from a first owner estate and was purchased directly from the artist.
