This is a pair of modern Zuni gold earrings with mosaic inlay in Lapis Lazuli and Gem Silica by Emery Ohmsatte. The dangle style earrings have tear drop shaped cabochons at the post and longer tear drop dangles with mosaic inlay hanging below. All are set in 18k gold and the set is clearly signed on the reverse.
