Return Policy

Return Policy:

• As members of ATADA, we guarantee all objects sold are as represented regarding age, authenticity, and extent of restoration (if any), and have been properly acquired and fall within the laws concerning cultural sensitivity as specified in the ATADA Bylaws.
• Special offers are Final Sales and are non-refundable.
• Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
• Returns may be made within 5 (five) days from the date of purchase for a refund, excluding sale and layaway items. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be made minus a 10% (ten percent) restocking fee and shipping charges.
• Credit card payments will be refunded to the customer’s card within ten days of an accepted return. Cash and check payments will be refunded by check within normal payment cycles, approximately ten to fifteen days.
• A customer may also choose a Store Credit instead of a refund. A Store credit is good for one year from date of issue.
• Under certain conditions, Shiprock Santa Fe may accept a return more than five days after the date of the sale. Shiprock Santa Fe reserves the right to decide if a return may be made or accepted past five days of the sale. Any return that is accepted past five days of the sale will be issued a Store Credit only.

Layaway Policy:

Shiprock Santa Fe will occasionally offer layaway terms to customers. Shiprock Santa Fe reserves the right to decide whether a sale qualifies for layaway terms.

• Layaway terms are generally payable within 60 (sixty) days with a third of the payment to be made at the time of the sale. Shiprock Santa Fe reserves the right to decide and/or accept the terms of a layaway agreement.
• Layaway items are not shipped to the customer until paid in full.
• Items sold on layaway are Final Sales and are non-refundable.
• If the agreed to layaway terms are not met, the layaway agreement will be in default and the item(s) will be returned to the sales floor, and the customer will be issued a Store Credit. Store Credit is good for one year from date of issue.

Web Sale Policy:

Please note occasionally a web sale will occur simultaneously with a sale in the gallery. If that should occur, priority will be given to the gallery sale and the web sale will be voided and the web customer’s credit card refunded.
